She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Murkowski and Anna Murkowski (Nowicki); her daughter Darla Thies (Steve); her grandchildren, Julie Painter (John), Christopher Hunger (Jennifer Duvall), Elkhart and Ind; her great grandchildren, Christine Painter of Marysville, Ohio, Logan Painter of Marysville, Ohio and Braeden Painter of Marysville, Ohio; her sisters, Irene King, Weston Berrens, Terry Berrens and Wausau; her siblings-in-law, Caroline Witucki, Lucy Rausch, Frances Johnsen and James Frieders; and her husband Joseph. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
