He was predeceased by: his parents, Avalee Caskey and Arthur Caskey; and his wife Rosemary Caskey. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Greaves (Bill); his children, Terri Eckert (Jay) and Scott (Angela); his grandchildren, Erik Caskey, Bridgette Caskey (Aaron Soltero), Krista Caskey (Jacob Lawson), Blaine Weathington, Brittany Juarez (Sylvester), Holly Eckert Starkes (Wesley), Jayson Eckert and Nathan Eckert (Samantha Olbrich); and his great grandchildren, Andros Soltero, Anais Juarez and Sylvester Juarez II.
