He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Decker and Myrle Rigsby Decker; and his siblings, James Keith Decker, Tommy Decker and Edith Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Fern Decker of Athens; his sons, Danny Decker (Laura) and Dennis Decker (Laura); his sister Lucille Woods; and his grandchildren, Zachary Decker, Christy Decker and Jessica Decker. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
