He is survived by: his wife Paula Chaffin of Athens; his children, Jerry Chaffin, Jr. (Staci) of Athens, Misty Clark (Chaffin) of Ennis, Pamela Rudisill (Rick) of Troy, Mike Worley of Seminole, Mitch Worley (Carrie) of Shawnee, Sabre Dixon (Jason) of Pratt and Kristine Veach of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister Faye Bockerstette of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Zachary Clark, Christopher Clark, Jordan Clark, Nathan Flury, Melissa Flury and Brittani Wood (Daniel); and his nephews, Ricky Garner and Craig Garner. He is also survived by other grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
