He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil G. and Myrtle P. Waggoner; his brother Cecil G. Waggoner, Jr.; and his granddaughter Rachael Paulson. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Waggoner; his children, Earl Waggoner (Kris) and Melanie Paulson (Mark); and his grandchildren, Brooke Odum (Brad), Luke Waggoner, Philip Waggoner (Becky), Jared Paulson (Emily), Caleb Paulson and McKayla Martin (Zach). He is also survived by five great grandchildren, cousins, and a host of friends.
