He is survived by: his wife Judy Rogers (Parks); his sons, Steven Rogers, Cully Rogers, Tommy Rogers, Terry Smiley, Tim Smiley and Tony Jackson; and his brothers, Ray and Donnie Rogers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
