He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stout and Thelma Stout (Juneau); his wife Mary Lou Stout; and his siblings, Jimmy Stout and Elaine Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Audrey Baucom (Jamie) of Forney, Daphne Garvey (Steven) of Mabank and Christopher Stout of Hawkins; his grandchildren, Rachel Cotten, Ethan Potter, Seth Potter and Stephanie Cotten; and his siblings, Linda Hanks (Joe), Carla Elerbe and Terry Stout (Denna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
