She was predeceased by: her husband Joe D. Webb, Sr.; her grandson Robby Pettiette; her siblings, Allie Marie Boykin and Harvey Lee Ricks; her sister-in-law Shiela Webb; her great grandchild Robert Pettiette; and also Francis Pettiette.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Williams (Tom) and Joe D. Webb, Jr.; her brothers, Edward Ricks, Barbara Ricks, Thomas L., Jackie Ricks, Bobby H., Patricia Ann Ricks, Donnie Ray and Pat Elizabeth Ricks; and her sister-in-law Donna Ricks. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and eight nieces and eleven nephews.
