He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bane Floyd and Faye Eva Floyd (Dosser); his sisters, Lois Smith and Joyce England; and his son Kenneth Wayne Floyd.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Floyd (Sherry) of Athens, Thomas Floyd (Tracy) of Monahans, Louis Floyd and Paula Floyd (Rackley) of Eugene, Oregon; his stepson Obie Templin; his sister Mary Piper of Cross Roads; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Stephen, Latisha, Christopher and Faith. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
