She was predeceased by: her husband Freddie Lee McDonald; and her son Cornell McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Frederick McDonald (Lora) of Athens, Texas., Katherine McDonald of Athens, Donna Anderson of Athens, Marilyn McDonald of Athens and Jeanelia Cook of Fort Worth; and her brother Joe A. Lyons of Athens. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
