We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 67, Elaine Baker (Athens, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph R. DeHaven and Sadie Gunnels DeHaven; her brother Ralph DeHaven Jr.; and her brother-in-law Roger Brewer. She is survived by: her children, James Baker (Shelli Crow), Amber Hurtado (Andrew Hurtado) and Teasha George (Sam George); her grandchildren, Logan Baker, Landrie Baker, Clayton Hurtado, Kandy Hurtado, Haley Hurtado, Ivan Baker, Elizabeth Baker, Heidi McGuire, Wesley George, Jason George and Diane George; her siblings, Nita Bass, Butch DeHaven and Susan Brewer; and her nieces and nephews, Grace Sutton, Ashley Whitfield, Stephen Brewer, Josh Brewer, Ashley Ashton and Cory Ashton. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home (1910 E Tyler St, Athens, TX 75751).
