He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hallmark and Mattie Richardson Hallmark; his wife Judy Hallmark; and his daughter Dewana Hallmark. He is survived by: his son Clay Hallmark (Sondra Flanery); his grandchildren, Zachery Hallmark (Kimberly), Seth Jones (Amber) and Crystal Jones; and his great grandchildren, Braxtyn Hallmark, Aubrey Hallmark, Owen Hallmark, Carli Jones, Kyle Jones and Ethan Brown.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oaklawn Memorial Park (3100 FM317, Athens, TX 75751).
