She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Don Conley. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Marie Johnson; her husband Eugene Lewis; her children, Justin and Andrea; and her siblings, Cindy Conley, Wendy Conley and Brad Conley (Christie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
