He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stanley Asire and Pearl Shank Asire; his wife Beverly Arena McConnell of Ashland; and his brother John. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robin DaVene and David Randal "Randy" Asire (Tammi); his siblings, Joe Asire (Donna) and Julie Ferriman; his grandchildren, Matthew Butts (Jessica), Evan Asire of Henderson, TX, Alex Asire and Haley Asire of Lubbock, TX; and his great grandchildren, Aidan and Kaitlyn Butts.
