He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hendrik of Athens; his children, David Christopher Hendrik of Athens, Kim Williams (Dennis) of Athens, Mandy Douglas (Lee) of Van Alstyne, Tammy Hendrik and Paul Hendrik; his siblings, Jeannie Gurley (Bill) of Athens, Johnny Hendrik (Lisa) of Gainesville, Judy Crane (Bob) of Midlothian and Jimmy Hendrik of Malakoff; his grandchildren, Raymond Fowler, Jazmine Shockley (Blake), Stormy Komandosky (Adam), Jensun Barker (Brandon), Christopher Hendrik, Tia Troxtell (Chad) and Garret Douglas; and his great grandchildren, Magda Komandosky, Arwen Komandosky, Pacey Barker and Rylann Troxtell. He is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren.
