He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Bertha Mae Shuemake Racker; his son Danny D. Racker; and his siblings, Charles Racker, Reagan Racker, Essie Mae Ray, Frances Leatherwood, Louise Templin and Lillian Sledge.
He is survived by: his friend Mollie Reagan; his daughters, Peggy Holloway of Kerens and Eulala Morris (Mark) of Sallisaw; his grandchildren, Viktoria, Adora, Clark, Ezekial Morris, Nicole Reagan, Shannon Holloway, Ekoria and Justin Biddle; his great grandchild Rhett Biddle; and his sisters, Judy Meza of Athens, Janie Whitley of Mena, Mary Ann Guess of Grand Prairie and Barbara Mathiews of Athens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
