With solemn reverence, we commemorate Charlotte Butler Brown of Athens, Texas, born in Wills Point, Texas, whose life came to an end on June 29, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Charlotte Butler may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlotte Butler touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Butler and Lorene Butler (Pittman); her former husband Guy Brown; and her sister Betty Malone of Friendswood, TX.. She is survived by: her friend Faith; her son Jonathan Guy Brown (Jessica) of Aledo, TX; and her grandchildren, Meredith and Connor. She is also survived by many cousins, neighbors and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charlotte's memory to the American Cancer Society.
