He is survived by: his wife Caryn Lastowski (Hill) of Athens; his children, Jonna Heifner of Athens, Charles Lastowski Jr. of Larue and Nick Lastowski (Ruth) of Larue; his siblings, Kathy Lacasse of Las Vegas and Jenn Nylund (Gary) of Huntington, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Robert Lenington, Noelle Heifner, Molly Heifner, Tacie Lastowski, Kolbyn Lastowski, Charles Lastowski III, Eason Lastowski and Averi Lastowski; and his great grandchildren, Kambriala Young and John Oliver Lenington.
