She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. T. L. Slimp, Sr. and Cassie Brown Slimp; her husband Dan; and her siblings, Louella Boyd, T. L. Slimp, Jr. and Bill Slimp.
She is survived by: her son Dan Chaney (Kathleen); her grandsons, Will Chaney (Jen), Dallas and Ben Chaney (Aubri); her brother-in-law Milburn Chaney (Bonni); and her great grandchildren, Reese, Harper, Emma Chaney and Dallas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
