He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Paige Hethcoat; his son-in-law Drew White; and his sisters, Barbara, Janette, Peggy and Diane.
He is survived by: his children, Amy White, Dustin Hethcoat (LaShay) and Holly Prnka (Justin); his grandchildren, Hannah Lydick (Clayton), Noah White (Kelly), Chandler, Chloe, Camden, Carrolline, Carter, Charlie Prnka, Lorana Hethcoat, Tori Hethcoat, Alex Mickler, Joel and LaDarius White; and his great grandchildren, Stella, Finley and Ainsley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
