He was predeceased by: his father Paul Pepper. He is survived by: his mother Martha Nell McGlaun Pepper; his siblings, Lanny Pepper (Billie) of LaRue and Rhonda Elledge (Michael Myers) of Athens; and his children, Angela Price (Kerry) of Tyler and Joshua Pepper (Susan) of Friendswood. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
