He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James L. McElroy of Rusk and Charles F. Hawn of Athens. He is survived by: his child Brandon; his parents, Ronald Lewis McElroy of Rusk and JoAnne Hawn McElroy of Athens; and his siblings, Blake McElroy (Cindy) of Richardson and Brooke McElroy of Athens. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
