He is survived by: his wife Betty Thomas of Athens; his children, Randy Brown (Kathi) of Murchison and Joann Burnett (Phil) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Kara Gillit (Donald), Korey Brown (Brandy), Cheramie Surls (Shayne) and Caleb Burnett (Melissa).
