She was predeceased by: her parents, George Walker and Pearl Patton-Walker; her spouse David Slimp; her siblings, George Walker, Jr., Wanda Clark and Jane Walker; her daughter-in-law Linda Slimp; and her granddaughter Kim Valencia.
She is survived by: her sons, David Slimp (Connie) of Marietta, OK and Charles Slimp of Athens, TX; and her brother Terry Walker (Peggy) of Hot Springs, AR. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; by 8 great-grandchildren; and by 6 great-great grandchildren.
