It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Becky Carter of Athens, Texas, born in Levi, Texas, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. "Dee" Robertson and Anna Mary Davis (Hallum); and her grandparents, Ralph Hallum and Mollie Hallum (Becky). She is survived by: her sibling D'Anne Bellar; her stepfather Bob Davis; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Agnes Carter; her brothers-in-law, Bo Carter and Clyde Dalrymple; her husband Gearld Carter of Athens; her children, Gearld Wade Carter (Sandy) of Murchison, Wesley Allen Carter of Athens and Wendy D'Anne Arthus (Craig) of Chandler; her grandchildren, William Wade Carter of College Station, Mollie Rebecca Carter of Murchison, Erin Alise Carter of Huntsville and Cash Allen Carter of Malakoff; her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Price of Weatherford, Sandy Dalrymple of Malakoff and Mike Bellar of Bullard; and her half-brothers, Bobby Davis, Vic Davis and Richard Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
