We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023, at the age of 85, Barbara Justine Miercort (Athens, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Morris Dolan and Lorna Hughes Dolan; her brothers, Tomas David and James William Briggs; her children, Kevin York (Wanda), Teressa Bartlett (Brian), Jennifer Turkyilmaz (Can) and David Miercort; and her grandchildren, Jayme Neal (Chris), Meredith Krier (Nate), Christopher York, Emily McRae, Maggie and Willow Jane Turkyilmaz. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Matthias Episcopal Church.
