He is survived by: his father David Ray Chiles; his wife Donna Collins; his daughter Katie Chiles-Radke (Brandon Radke); his mother Diane Chiles (Austin); his brother Jason Chiles (Cristal Chiles); his nieces, Sierra and Karlee; his nephew Peyton; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Collins, Mark Collins, Luther Collins, Janice Hankins and Larry Hankins; his nephew Charles Hankins (Alyssa Purselley-Hankins); his great-nephew Everett Hankins; his great-niece Everly Mae Hankins; his niece Staci Hankins-York (Garrett York); his mother-in-law Margie Collins; his sister Gina; his brother-in-law Tom Cline; his nephew Blake Cline; his brother Jimmy Chiles; and his nephews, Ethan, Elliot and William Chiles.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to the Athens Rotary Club in his memory or the American Cancer Society.
