She was predeceased by: her parents, J. P. Edward Hutchins Dickerson and Linnie Mae Patterson Dickerson; her brothers, Edward Hoy Dickerson and Benjamin Jon Dickerson; and her daughter Debra Kay Benson Bone.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Carol Benson Ellisor and Royce Scott Benson; her grandchildren, Amber Kristin Bone, Robin Ashley Bone, Lacy Marie Lacy, Chandler Bone, Matthew Ryan Ellisor, Molly Noel Ellisor and Zachariah Thomas Benson; and her husband Royce. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home (1910 E Tyler St, Athens, TX 75751). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
