She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Kennedy and Elsie Halford Kennedy (Faye); her former husband Curtis Ivie (Don); her brothers, Luke and Bobby Kennedy; and her nieces, Tanya Ainsworth and Angela Kennedy.
She is survived by: her husband Don Ivie; her children, Sherrie, Jim Kilgore of Athens, Texas, Terry Don, April Ivie of Rockwall, Texas, Jennifer and Chris Brogdon of Mesquite, Texas.; her grandchildren, Joshua, Alicia, Courtney, Lauren and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bubba (Leroy John), Ethan, Eli, Tommy, Austin, Drake, Katelyn, Julian and Mia Faye.
