It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Cardenas Martinez of Atascosa, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, David C. Martinez, Jr. (Maria) of San Antonio, Leonard C. Martinez (Mary) of Lytle, Melinda Boland (Joe) of La Coste and Viola Sellers (James) of La Coste; her grandchildren, Leonard Martinez, Bianca Boland, Valena Gonzales (Phillip), Sierra Pacheco (Richard), Levi Boland, Andrew Martinez (Samantha), Marissa Barfield (Dylan), David C. Martinez III, Victoria Lopez (Jennifer) and Clarissa Martinez; her great grandchildren, Elijah Rodriguez, Alyanna Pacheco, Avalynn Pacheco, Luke Rodriguez and Ameliah Pacheco; and her siblings, Teresa Salas, George Cardenas, Horace Cardenas, Minnie Grimalda and Sylvia Gomez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
