With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melinda Jean Allen Deaver (Atascosa, Texas), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Doyle "J. D." and Mable Gladys Waddell Allen; and her sister Judy Brown. She is survived by : her husband James E. Deaver; her children, Celeste Coleman, Dallas Betancourt, Presley Deaver, Cindy Beck, Rance Rainer and Larry Culp; and her brother Elbert L. Allen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
