He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Coronado Hernandez and Hipolito Hernandez; his sisters, Martha Hernandez Quinones, Brenda Hernandez and Maria Teresita Hernandez; and his daughter Patricia Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Hernandez; and his children, Raul Hernandez, Pedro Hernandez, Francisco Hernandez, Jr., Guadalupe Hernandez and Naomi Hernandez.
