He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda Sue Johnson Hisey; and his parents, Frances May Jones Hisey and Pleas Gathan Hisey. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Hisey Orezzoli (Pablo); his grandchildren, Julianna, Madalena and Nicolás; his brother Bill Hisey (Betty); and his former wife Mary Lizabeth Lunde.
He worked tirelessly until Parkinson's finally forced him to step away.
