She was predeceased by: her father Alvie Lafayette Pennington; her grandmother Elizabeth Matthews Pennington; her brother Bobby Wayne Pennington; and her grandson Samuel Hollis Roberts III. She is survived by: her husband L. T. Lloyd; her children, Peggy Lloyd, Donald Lloyd, Michael Lloyd and Roger Lloyd; and her sister Jerry Sue Hood.
