She is survived by: her children, Reilly Blake Ellsworth, Kelsey Nicole Ellsworth and Taege Stephen Ellsworth; her parents, Kay Jones Beard and William Gerald Beard (Jerry); and her siblings, Shae Reed (Billy) and Brad Beard (Jill).
