He is survived by: his parents, Van Spikes and Renee Spikes; and his grandparents, Bronc Hawkins of Aspermont, Ford, Doris Spikes of Snyder, Kelly Bartley of Knox City, Ben, Mary Hawkins of Breckenridge, Shann, Dannie Pierce of Snyder, Bob and Trish Spikes of Rotan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and a host of friends.
