He is survived by: his daughter Ellen Gutierrez; his granddaughters, Alexandria Gutierrez and Isabella Gutierrez; his great grandchild Carter Lee Garza; his sister Roberta McDonald; and his nephews, Aaron McDonald and Curtis McDonald. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
