He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Williams; his wife Kathy Wright; his son John W Hoy "Duke" (Lizzy); his sister Glenda "Sissy" (Paul Getner) of Baltimore Maryland; his daughter Rikki (Jeff Limbacher) of Midland; his grandchildren, Zach Hoy (Samirah Hoy) of Colorado, Cadelynn, Cody Hoy of Zephyr and Brittany Hoy; and his great grandchildren, Julian Fuentes and Kamilah Flores of San Angelo.
