She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mullens and Lucille McFadden Mullens; her husband Earnest Lee McCool; her daughter Sara Lee Chennault; and her siblings, Irene Mayes, Mary Anderson, Virginia McCool, Clarence Mullens and George Mullens.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Fay McCool, Allen Glen McCool and Martha Dale O'Brien; her grandchildren, Philip Chennault, Christi Cannady, Michelle Sikes, Matthew McCool, Sara Healey and Bryan Thompson; and her siblings, Carolyn Mullens, Donna Canida, Janice Johnston, Danny Mullens, Anthony Mullens and Gary Mullens. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
