He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Keller; his daughter Jo; his wife Jonelle "Jo" Scrivner Cook; his children, Catrena Cook Fagan (Robert), Ginger Cook Kelley (Johnny), Chet Cook, Amy Spann Norwood (Clint), Angela Spann Patterson and Bobby Cook (Laurie); his grandchildren, Bradley Kelley (Heather), Justin Kelley (Sharon), Cody Kelley (Jessica), Lily Norwood Shugart (Ryan), Sarah Norwood Moore (Clint), Jocelyn Patterson, Justin Gamblin and Kenzie Mosley; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Braden, Jason, Peyton, Maverick and Logan; and his siblings, Glynda Cook Petlock and Joretta Cook Sanders (Joe).
