She was predeceased by: her husband Art Kislack; and her mother Den. She is survived by: her brother John Buche (Helen); her children, Stephen Kislack (Joseph Liu) and Susan Kislack Torma (Michael); and her grandchildren, Shane Kislack, Chris Murphy, Ashley Murphy, Chris Torma and Matt Torma. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
