He is survived by: his wives, Ruby Lee Kleam (Sieber) of Arp and Ruby Sieber Kleam; his daughter Audree Kleam Garcia of Spring; and his grandchildren, Hannah Nicolle Garcia and Philip Andrew Garcia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
