He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Thomas and Helen Gertrude Kirkley Thomas; his siblings, Johnnie Elizabeth Thomas (Linda) and James Harold "Toon" Thomas; his son Anthony Calton "Tony" Thomas; his son-in-law Jimmy Dark; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Parish, Delores Parish and Anita Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Parish; his children, Johnny DeWayne (Lori Thomas) and Rhonda Gail Thomas Dark; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Jean Nash Thomas; his brothers, Durwood "Tink" Thomas (Inez), Clarence "Tub" Thomas (Lela), Kenneth "Twister" Thomas (Marjanna) and Beverly "Bot" Thomas (Sadie); and his sisters-in-law, Gail Thomas, Brenda Parish, Ruth Parish Flynn (Alvin) and Beth Parish Hunter (Bill). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and special friends.
