He was predeceased by: his parents, H. C. Bedair and Verna Mae Mitchell Bedair; his son Vernon Craig Bedair; and his brother Tommy Glenn Bedair. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Bedair Kennedy (Robert) of Frankston and Jennifer Bedair Todd (Jason) of Arp; his wife Pat Bedair; his grandsons, Robert Clay Kennedy and Jayden Zachary Todd; his sisters, Barbara Bedair Rossman of Longview and Ann Bedair Robinson (Randy) of Grand Saline; his cousins, David Dudley, Marvin Dudley and Mitch Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Locklear, Frank Locklear and Bill Locklear.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home (905 S Commerce St, Overton, TX 75684). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Arp Emanuel Baptist Church. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Mason Cemetery (21800 County Rd 252, Arp, TX 75750).
