He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sieber of Arp; his sister Ruby Kleam of Spring; his children, Tommy Sieber (Lisa) of Kilgore, Scotty Sieber, Sr. of Overton, Jeff Sieber of Carlisle, Todd Sieber (Levi) of Arp and Kim Coborn (Jay) of Palestine; his stepchildren, Kimbel, Troy, Michael of New London and Tina Grammier (Heath) of Arp; and his grandchildren, Scotty Jr., Clay, Bryan, Tyler, Harley, Mark Hargrove, Ty Coborn, Kaylynn Juarez, Brian Sanders, Cayl, Hayden, Holden Grammier, Colt and Bradon. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
