He was predeceased by: his son David. He is survived by: his wife Laura Bianco West; his sons, Mike (Sheree) and Patrick (Kristi); his daughter-in-law Karen Womack (Tim); and his sister Betty Osenbaugh (Jack). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, their spouses and 14 great grand children.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
