She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Scallion, Sr. and Bessie Mae Scallion (Jones); her siblings, Ellis Glenn Scallion, Oliver Lee Scallion (Sally Ann), Elmo Scallion, Jr. (Annabelle) and Linda Kay Scallion; and her former husband Marvin Donnell Harvey.
She is survived by: her niece Sharon Scallion; her daughter Phyllis Harvey; her grandchildren, Ryan, Ramallah and Ralyssa (Josiah); her great grandchildren, Ah'Niyah Enueshike, Ah'Layjah Enueshike and Ah'Kenya Enueshike; and also, Joseph Enueshike and Pagét Satchell (Enueshike). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
