It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kay Wright of Arlington, Texas, born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin B. McBride, Sr. and Lucille McBride (Lilly); her brother Marvin B. McBride, Jr.; and her former life partner T. C. Wright. She is survived by : her husband Truman Cooper Wright; her children, Keith Wright (Anita) and Caye King (Stan); her grandchildren, Jonathan King, D'Ray King, Zachary Wright, Sarah, Joshua McCoy, Maranda, Bobby Wallert, Jeremy, Tasha Fults and Talina Wilson; her friend Janice; and also Rex Crenshaw.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lower Melrose Cemetery.
