It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Nachlinger (Arlington, Texas), born in Roscoe, Texas, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, James Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Jones and Bill Nachlinger. He is survived by: his children, Dan Nachlinger (Lisa) of Fort Worth and Layne Warr (Tommy) of Celina; his siblings, Lannie Jones (Christina) of Tuscola, Peg Eckert (Mark) of Los Osos and Jan Nachlinger (Ken Taylor); his grandchildren, Aaron Rhynehart, Alyssa Garrison (Will), Jordan Nachlinger and Lauren Nachlinger; and his great grandchild Ocean. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
