He was predeceased by: his parents, David Duggan and Bettye Ratliff; his siblings, Charlie Duggan and Eileen Duggan; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Wylds and Barbara Laughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Duggan; his children, Kelly Shehorn (Matthew) and James David Duggan Jr. (Marissa); his grandchildren, Bailey Duggan, Jacob Shehorn, Madison Shehorn and Peyton Duggan; and his siblings, Melissa Spurrier (Isaac Rios) and Conner Stevens (Celesta).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home and Crematory (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Life Church (3601 Turner Warnell Rd, Arlington, TX 76001).
